SAP blogs filter by title - is there some hidden functionality?

I checked this in IE11, Firefox and Pale Moon:

I can see an arrow (which I haven't noticed before), which suggests that there are some additional options for filtering. Clicking on the arrow does nothing in the browsers, which I listed. Am I missing out on some cool functionality by not using Google Chrome or this is just a display bug?

Everything is fine with your browser=) The issue is with the search icon.
