SAP BI market Europe recession

I just started to wonder....how is the SAP BW/BI market at present ...as I am hearing all news of global meltdown and cost-cutting measures of companies...and how is it going to be,in next 6-12 months(your opinion).....

I don't know about BI consultants, but the amount of job posts for SAP consultants in general has decreased considerably (at least in Ireland)...

This can't be good!.

Hi,

In France, there is a shortage of qualified BI consultants.

I mean really qualified...

Too much companies have started BI projects and can't stop them now.

Yes this kind of animal is an endangered species...

By the way, prices are still high for qualified people.

I actually have terminated my current contract to go back into a permie position with a consultancy

I have done the sums and to be quite honest it is better being back with a consultancy even though I was on a high rate (BI Architect)

There are stacks of jobs out there at the senior and above level for SAP BI guys
