Customer usually links cases with Internal Ticketing System, however now in SAP4Me, they are not getting a URL with the link. As the transition from Launchpad to SAP4Me happens they are worried they won't have the facility available moving forward, and won't be able to link cases to their own system. Is there any way to get the case numbers up and available in SAP 4Me. I can see they are available on the home page cases, but not in the support section which is where all cases can be viewed.
Request clarification before answering.
