I retired from Telkom SA (SOC) Ltd on 31 October 2016. My old work email "enslinpj@telkom.co.za " is now inactive. How do I change my "old"email address to reflect the new primary address "enslinpj@telkomsa.net "
Your S-id is related to your old company and only responsible person from your old company can change the e-mail (but to my mind this person will simply deactivate your S-ID - you are not working here anymore), Sap will not help...
