Hello,
Recently I have tried to apply for SAP Passport (in order to create a certificate to login to *sap.com sites using SSO) on SMP and I've failed. I have a S-user, which was created for me after I passed my SAP certification a few months ago. I was wondering if it is possible to use this S-user to apply for SAP Passport and I need to contact my colleagues to create another S-user for me on SMP?
Thanks!

Hi Anton
If you have a S number issued for certification then you can use it to logon to SMP and access notes as well as for use in training.sap.com and SCN if you want
However, if you are on a customer/your work site you will need an S number issued by them so it's against your installation number if you want access to raising incidents, etc for your systems
I have two S numbers (my personal certification one which I own) and then a second S number that I get for a client site (I might have several depending on how many clients I have)
Regards
Colleen

Hi, Colleen, thanks for Your reply!
When I try to login to Service Marketplace I get an error about wrong password, so I assume that I need to reset my password.
When I use specialised form for password recovery with primary email address, to which my certification was linked:
I receive following error:
When I try my alternate email address, I receive another error:
Though, via training.sap.com I managed to link my SAP Cloud to S-user (as it informed me).
So, I think I should contact support centre of Marketplace...
