S-ID Transfer Process when Transferring company

Dear Support,

I have a account on SAP as a member of Deloitte Tohmatsu consulting, my previous company.

however I removed from the company in last Dec and joined other company, named Finetoday Shiseido.

on the other hand, I also have Certification on Successfactors, that need to pass delta exam in every quarter to keep certificate validated. So I consider I need to issue new S-ID because

then I'd like to know how to issue New ID on Company that is not partner with SAP currently. and then I also would like to make certificate validated for a while.

Dear Takaaki,

yes you would need a new S-user to get all of your current S-user's certifications reassigned there.
