Run Time Error '617': the virtual Key is not enabled

hello i have been trying to get my excel working with my SAP but cant seem to understand what's wrong i am very new still and not sure what im doing necessarily but here is my probably. when the error pops us and i click debug and this is what i suppose is the issue, gets highlighted
