Good day,
I would like discuss right click redirecting (open in new tab) from "avatar menu".
When you right click on your avatar, its good, shows popup about "open in new tab" and others
When you click on your avatar you see this options:
Account Settings
Notifications
Followed Activities
Write a Blog Post
Ask a Question
Send a Direct Message
Log Out
Now imagine, that you have "open pages", but you want in new tab looks notifications. When I tried right click on some of this options (tested on Maxthon, IE9, Firefox browsers) no chance to shows this "browser menu" for "open in new tab"
Regards
PK
P.S.
drag&drop option working well, but I'm on 100% accustomed to using right button.
Request clarification before answering.
Hello Pavel
If I understand your question correctly once you have clicked on the profile avatar and see the dropdown menu. You would like to be able to right click on a link in the menu in order to open it in a new tab.
I have tried to replicate this on the browsers you mentioned what is happening ( or at least happens for me) is that when you right click on a link in the profile menu the menu is disappearing.
Have I understood this correctly?

Ping in this case, means putting a link to the person's SCN ID in the Response to your Discussion.
This will (somewhat dependent upon Profile and Privacy settings) convey a notification message (email or via Communications queue) to the person so referenced. The reason is to get a technical expert to focus their attention on the issue you reported.
