Rewards Points Missing after Password Change

Hi Experts,

I changed my password once and it is showing my points as 11. As a matter of fact I had at-least more than 65 points. What can be done?

I found another account with the same name and approximately 65 points: http://scn.sap.com/people/philip.davy2

Perhaps you have two account and changed the password on the this one?
