Required Alternative of FTP for file transfer from SAP to Non SAP Server

Hello Experts,

I am basically an ABAPer, I have a requirement to create or transfer a file on Non SAP server through SAP server.

I have been suggested to use FTP, but FTP services are blocked on SAP server so I need alternative to the same.

Also I need to transfer or create the file using ABAP Program, please guide me the alternative option of FTP and also if possible requirement or pre-requisites for that alternative.

Hi,

I think you misunderstood my question.

We are already using FTP for the same purpose, I am searching for alternative just because due to security reasons FTP services are going to be blocked at out SAP server.

I hope now you are clear with my question.

Then I don't understand to stop Business need, to protect business. May be you need to get help from security to bypass the autorized IP or vpn users can also do this trick.
