Requests for Copyrighted material

I see more and more people asking for SAP training course material that is not available in the public domain.

I try and use a standard response:

This is copyrighted material and cannot be reproduced or transmitted without the express permission of SAP AG.

I would recommend to try to get on the training course. The training course would be the best option as the manuals by themselves are not as useful as when provided with the training.

I think these requests should be deleted out, as you can see from the first url I have provided, many others jump in and ask for the same course material to be emailed.

This must be costing SAP in lost training revenue, and flooding the market with inexperienced "Consultants", which in turn, can cost SAP's reputation, if people say they have "completed these courses".

This topic was discussed in this some time ago. I believe it was decided that the best course of action in these cases was to delete the emails and post a gentle reminder (like yours).
