Reputation history is missing the Description and link to the content, the points were earned with

Hello SCN SUPPORT,

When I accessed my reputation tab on SCN account, I can see that I have earned points for a question but the link and description of question  is missing. Also points are not incremented . Is this moderation activity or some issues with my account..

The discussion was rejected from ABAP development space and the assigned points are removed from your account. What ever you are seeing it is a design.

You have answered a question and the discussion owner has marked your reply as correct and then moderator has removed the correct answer (that's because you can see the negative points in your expertise tab) and rejected the discussion (that's because you can't able to see the discussion's link).
