I took one day off. During that time a colleague "trying to get an update" managed to confirm a high priority message which was sitting with development support.
Does anyone know if there is a way of reopening the message? What have other people done in similar situations?
Request clarification before answering.
If they do stuff like this, then they are sure to be up to other mischief as well...
Please tell me their user ID's and I'll check them for ponits gaming?
Cheers,
Julius

For a while I also thought that they were becoming harder to find or possibly that I was getting slower, but for sure there are few and far between now-a-days.
The odd fresher turns up every now-and-again with what they think is an original idea to easily add 10 of the beloveds to their score, but they are not really satisfying to be honest because it is so easy to spot them.
However you will be glad to hear that the repeat offender Abhishek xxx More was guestified yesterday. It was the only way to stop his silly duplicate posted questions. He didn't just push the wrong button once though...
Cheers,
Julius
