where is this Button visible? In SAP R/3, CRM, PLM, APO, Enterprise Portal? Could you be a little bit more specific?

Sorry, i didn´t specify, it´s in R/3,4.7.
It is the button that allows a user to import a menu from another role.
I would like to know ow to make available or not this button. "Other Menu".
