Remote Client Copy -- Data Mismatch

Hello Experts,

We have completed the remote client copy from our existing SAP server to the newly build SAP server using the SAP_APPL profile.

We have successfully completed the client copy but still there is a huge data mismatch between the source and the target system.

Please advice how to correct it or what may be the cause of this mismatch.
