At what point does one get the points as a Referer.

Is it whan the person you refered signs on as an user , or when that person puts in their first post or gets their first point / X number of points.

So, is there some way I can "GIFT" point to the person who refered me, as it was my fault to miss out at the time of registration

At the moment points are giving to the person you listed (per email) as having referred you and that's it. We are however discussing changing this due to abuse of the system, or completely getting rid of the referrer points.

No there are no such thing as "GIFT" points or the ability for one person to transfer points to another - this may come in the far future but not now.
