Receiving notification of a message more than 2 month ago?

I am receiving a notification of a post someone I follow posted two month ago. I don't know, if I have received it before. Why is that?

Hi Jason,

today I received 100 Emails from the Event space, which I fon't even follow. Some of them are from 2005.

Could you please do something against that?

Hi,

These bulk notifications are a separate issues: http://scn.sap.com/thread/3465248

Go to the events homepage and check the actions box to make sure you have not selected to receive email notifications.

Go to this link

Then change the settings.

Change the settings as above.

It will show Receive email notifications

Then wait for a day.

It will stopped.

Hi Peter,

Notifications are going out with a delays of a few hours to a few weeks. It's a chronic issue that affects different members at different times. Here's a related discussion started 4 months ago:

It's listed on (comm-2486) and IT is trying to resolve it.
