I have received the following response as the reason for blocking my one and only blogpost on SCN on GRC controls.
SCN moderators have reviewed the alert you created on the content titled " "Contact Us". Please note that it was removed from public view. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.".
Needless to say this tells me nothing on the reasons for removing my submission from public view. I expect the SCN to be more professional and competent to be able to articulate the reason(s) for their action in plain English. You may write a simple stsatement like "Your submission was rejected because....". Continued silence soes not amount to a reply. Thank you.
Request clarification before answering.
I think you misunderstood the message, which is of course an evidence that the message is not as good as it could be.
The message starts with: SCN moderators have reviewed the alert you created
This means you have clicked the "Alert moderator" hyperlink.
And a moderator has reviewed this alert and took a decision to remove the content.
However looking at this content "Contact Us I really wonder why this is subject to a moderator alert.
I see as well that you "participated" in the , another official document which does not allow comments. So the only way you have been participated on that is again a moderator alert.
Can you remember why you clicked a moderator alert for those documents?

Thank you Jürgen L.
What goes on in SCN the is becoming a mistery to me.
I do not recall sending Alerts to SCN. I have had no reasons to do so. In any case if someone - for that matter our kids playing with the keyboard while I getup and answer the telephone- causes SCN to remove my posting , then that is creating a very dangerous precedence.
My advise to SCN is to attach a mandatory comment box to the alert button.
Problem I am facing is that you have recently informed me as follows:
"Hello,
You have received this email because the content you posted below (**) has been rejected by our moderators and is no longer visible in the community. Please see our Rules of Engagement for more information on why content is rejected."
(**) Auditbot SAP Quick GRC Compliance Tool: A User’s Perspective posted 12-Jun-2013 09:38
And I request you once again to reinstate my SCN post alternatively let me know the reasons for removal in plain English without quoting SCN rules.
Thank you
I think it is not the responsibility of SCN to make the comment box mandatory, it is your responsibility to secure your PC from unattended use during your absence.
We know that the email you get does not have sufficient information, it is an auto generated email in case of a rejection. If the moderator has added a reason for the rejection then you can find it by clicking the Actions icon on top right of the forum and then the notification tab.
I do not know what content you had in your blog as I am not a moderator for
A moderator from GRC or a global moderator can check this and hopefully remembers why in case you do not find a note in path I mentioned above.
As I just mentioned GRC I hope that the GRC moderators are following their own forum and will see this thread in their communication stream and can step in now.
Thank you Jürgen L. I did not say someone used my keyboard in my absence. It was stated by way of an example to say that Pressing an Alert button should not cause a post to be removed neither a post should be removed without giving proper reasons.
Thank you for your help anyway. I wll try and contact GRC Moderator for an answer to my qeury.
Regards
