Hi Team,

I would like to give suggestion regarding the Top Contributors information from all forums you must include their Company names along with their points in the contributors corner apart from Business Card, because this will give more impact on them and the network will be more stronger & Grow efficiently, and it will also increase more users to contribute their knowledge & experience.

I hope & expect the Team will look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

Thanks & Regards

Hi

I actually think the opposite. There appears to be some pressure to gain lots of points in a short time for some posters, and I wonder if this isn't being used as a KPI by some misguided companies to assess the worth of their people. Why else would there be numerous posts by one "person" answered and awarded (in all cases) by the same actual person using a different ID.

Could it be that they feel they must perform if their actual ID is being monitored by someone in their company? Otherwise it is a damn silly way to provide an sdn centric wardrobe.

Better way would be to remove the reward point display altogether and get the companies in question to actually assess their employees performance directly.

This is actually one of the oldest problems in IT, is the amount of people (and especially in management positions) who actually know nothing. They hire by rote based on standardised interview questions, and do not have the knowledge to vary the questions to ascertain whether the answer is memoried or real knowledge.

How often have we waited expectantly for an 'expert' to discover they just have access to fora and a good memory.

So basically, tell the companies to sack all their managers and stop asking standardised interview questions.

You know it makes sense........

Hi Gareth,

I comeplety agree with you. Now a days in SAP job market most of them are showing wrong documents and entering into Big companies without having good knowledge in the subject & experience, which leads very bad effect on the genuine talented candidates, They are losing the good oppurtunities with this the result Ultimately Client is Not Happy with the performance and we are losing nice projects. With these candidates SAP Market has become really a big scrap and open secret to all of them that hear everybody are not genuine enough they are just mugging up the standardized questions hardly 15-20 and getting selected. If the candidate even though does not have experience if they are having good knowledge in the subject then companies can take into consideration.

If SDN mentions Top contributors companies names along with their points this result to companies to think about the candidates performance and their efficiency in the subject and will retain them and pays good amount.

Excuse me....But I don't how including the company name would improve contributions.....We're supposed to contribute because we like to help....Attaching the company name next to the name, would become something like...."Look boss, i'm in the top ten on the SDN and everyone knows I work for you...Where my reward???"....

Just my opinion...

Greetings,
