My Crystal Xcelsius Serial Number needs to be reactivated. Can someone help me with this? I need to get this taken care of quickly. Why isn't there a 1-800 number that I can call?
For serial numbers I would start with sales. They'll be able to figure out if there is a problem with your serial number.

For US it looks like the direct number is +1-800-877-2340
BTW. Xcelsius has been rebranded Dashboard Design
