This is an email I have just sent to sso@sap.com and community@sap.com. I post it in Community 2024 in case other people have the same issue.
When I log in to Notification feed - SAP Community every morning under my SAP Universal ID (primary email address: xxxxxxxxxxxxx@gmail.com), there’s no popup asking me under which account I want to login, it defaults to a linked P-User that I hadn’t use for days or months, it doesn’t select the last user I have used (S-User).
If I then go to Services & Support - SAP for Me, of course there’s an issue because the current account is a P-User instead of a S-User, so I have to log out and log in to Services & Support - SAP for Me, there’s a popup from which I can select my S-User.
If I log out, restart Edge, log in to Notification feed - SAP Community again, my P-User is selected again by default, instead of selecting the last used account (the S-user).
For information, the popup is also shown if I log in to SAP Developer Center | Official Resources for SAP Developers.
Is it possible to either select by default the last used account or let the user choose any of the linked accounts?
Workaround: I could unlink all my P-Users from my SAP Universal ID/secondary email address xxxxxxxxxxx@mycompany.com, but it’s the worst solution of course.
Steps to reproduce:
PROBLEM: I cannot select which linked account I want to use; the Community page is shown, which means that one account was automatically selected (I don’t know which one).
For comparison, I don’t have any issue if I first login via Services & Support - SAP for Me, I can select my account:
