I need raised an incident....but a don´t Know ....What does the component depend on in an incident?

I see a number of options here ...
1) you can reach out to the SAP Support Hotline to support you with the incident creation
tip-how-to-find-out-the-correct-component-when-raising-oss-message
2) you use AI Tech built in into the Support Launchpad - it can suggest the component from the description provided by you
select-the-right-component-in-sap-one-support-launchpad-using-saps-component-predictor/
3) you do a search for possible solutions and check the component (clusters) of the proposed solutions
