question result lists are different

As moderator, I moderated one question under 'CRM Interaction Center' tag this morning and publish it.

From this question page, I clicked 'CRM Interaction Center' hyperlink above the title.

It navigates to url:

Here, it has two questions listed.

However, in URL

there is 0 result when I filter the Type as 'Question'.

WHY?

and, the amount of questions are differently.

Have you already identified the root cause?

Now behavior changes: under

now it has only 1 results listed: "why error 'the website cannot display the page' is being encountered" .

.

And for

https://answers.sap.com/questions/metadata/24317/crm-interaction-center.html

only 'Auto-determination of CIC agents to an ERMS email in Agent Inbox' appears.
