I hope I've selected the right forum for posting a few queries on SAP Market place
Please help me with the below:
Presently, we have an S-User id that is being used by 2 people. Is there any settings or possibility to get / send an email / SMS intimation to both the users every time an OSS message is raised? Alternatively, if another S-user under the same customer ID raises an OSS message, can an email intimation be sent to the Super user?
(At present, I believe an email intimation is being sent once we get a reply from SAP)
