Profile name not displayed in Q&A list

Today I noticed the following anomaly:

The name and type of activity is not displayed.

Here it is how content by the same user looks:

I saw this for different users/tags/questions, but I could not find out what is the reason.

If you scroll the Q&A list - they are easy to find.
