Dear Support,
We want to reinstall Crystal Reports version 10.0 (Developer Edition) after entering the Key, it says that its expired or not valid.
I'm pritty sure that this the correct license key, so I don't understand why it doesn't work.
Thanks in advance!
Kind Regards,

Hi,
Please go through the below link. It will explain the reason for your issue.
https://websmp102.sap-ag.de/~sapidp/011000358700001424792009E/CR_Licensing.pdf
Crystal Reports
This section applies to the paid Crystal Reports design tool, versions 8.5 through 2008.
The Crystal Reports designer uses a named user license. This means that every individual that has access to Crystal Reports requires a license.
For example, 2 individuals that share workstations with a single install count as 2 named user licenses. 10 individuals that use Crystal Reports through a shared Citrix terminal server count as 10 named user licenses.
Upgrades
After upgrading your license, the same named user can continue to use the old version. The old license is not transferrable to another individual
Please check and provide your feedback.
Thanks and Regards,
Vimal

Hi Dick,
Version 10 licenses began with the letter A, so hopefully that is what you are typing.
If having issues, I would suggest posting to the CR forum here: http://scn.sap.com/community/crystal-reports
Thanks,
Kristen
