I have account with SCN with email: email@example.com.
I got certified now and have SAP ID and password. Now I successfully logged but unable to change my email id to firstname.lastname@example.org.
When I again re-login through e-mail, its showing warning "Warning! exist at least one additional account with the same email address. Please contact support if you are sure that this is a mistake"
From now onwards I want to use my SAP certified credentials, but through email: email@example.com. Please suggest me.
I also want to transfer my points to my new login credentials

Because there are two accounts with the same e-mail address, contact firstname.lastname@example.org to resolve.
You can also try to update your e-mail address by clicking Edit profile & privacy in the actions box on your profile:
