Go to personal profile-->Content. There we can see all our posted threads. 🙂

methinks there has been a warning before the migration which said something alike "All your watches will be lost during the migration so save them yourselves". So I'm afraid if you didn't catalogue your watches before the migration, they are gone 😕

EDIT: At the other hand, in case you don't have billions of posts with your account, you could still try googling your account name in google with the parameter "site:scn.sap.com". Just a hinch though, try it.
