There are two big issues in the Q&A of Community 2024: people using the button "Answer" (means "give solution") to just comment without giving a solution (the issue was addressed, let's see if that improves), and the other one is:
Half of my inbox is polluted by people asking a non-SAP-Websites question in the group "Question about SAP Websites".
The reason is clear for me, they don't know where to post their SAP question, even if they search, they don't find the right group:
The six first months, I did tell the Original Poster that the question was posted to the wrong group, then I decided to alert the moderator to move the question to the right group.
No idea what's the best solution.
Is that in the list of planned enhancements? If not, could you add it?
Thank you.
Sandra

@Sandra_Rossi Our new Board Selector is now live. It is organised and sequenced, and adapts to the area of the community you are in.
"Questions about SAP Websites" is no longer one of the first categories users are seeing when they click "Create a Post", so hopefully we will see fewer questions published here by mistake.
You can read more about the new board selector in our last What's New post.
