How to earn more points ?   How can we know for any activity (polls, discussions, etc), how much points are scored ?

Hi Yash,

This is really interesting question, and it is great to know that you want to earn more points.

simple rule for earning more points is participation, answer to questions, discussion in your area of interest, create document on topics which you think can help other community members, write blogs and the list can go on, as there are whole lot of activities which you can do on SCN and earn points.

How many points you can earn for different activities; for this we have some really interesting blogs and discussions for same; below is the list for points you can earn for some of the activities;

Answer marked as correct: 10 points

Answer marked as helpful:  5 points

Someone like your answer: 2 points

Writing a blog: 10 points

Writing a document: 10 points

Someone likes your blog post/document: 2 points

etc.........

Hope this helps.

Other then points when you start participating in the forum you can multiply your own knowledge many fold and serve your customers better (bonus ).

Hi Yash,

If someone like you comment you will get 2 points.

If someone marked your comment as helpful, then you will get 5 points.

If You answer is correct , then you will get 10 points.

And go to your profile, in reputation tab, Click on mission, Complete the mission, you can get points as write in mission.
