Points came down after Document Publishing.

Hi,

I have published document and my points came down from 126 to 118.

Moreover, when I am seeing the information under 'Reputation' tab, it is showing only 10 points awarded.

As per i know, I should get 120 points for publishing my document/ white paper.

Please Clarify.

Hello Lucky,

10 points are given for new documents, not 120.  Please see for more information on SCN reputation program and what points are awarded for what actions. For example, you might earn additional points via positive ratings of your content by other SCN members.  ( 120 points was the previous amount awarded for documents prior to SCN's migration last March.)

Regarding the decrease from 126 to 118, actions on your account force a recalculation of your current points: points earned over a year ago are removed from this total, hence the decrease.
