Hi,
Jason Lax, follow the steps.
Go to your SCN profile (click your name at the top of the page)
In Actions, click Change email address
Update your e-mail address
Click Save Changes (top right)
Confirm the changes via the e-mail sent (10-15min for delivery)
Does it mean you have changed you email id to a different email id..
And then all mails goes to your second email id.
Is that your solution ?
Regards
But this is wrong. Your all email goes to you second account.
It seems you can't send SMS from your phone, and the solution you chosen that is you have changed your phone.
but the original solution is you have to contact your network operator and fix the problem.
Regards
at Dev ,
my problem was at the time of my profile creation i have given my personal mail id in the sdn .
now am mixing all my personal mails and official sdn mails which i dont want to lose them , but i wanted them to be seperated , i tried directing them to seperate LABEL , i was vain.
then someone posted how to change email id , then i got an idea instead deleting account or re-directing mails , i have created seperate official mail id for SDN only , then i succesfully replaced my personal mail id with the newly created oficial mail id .
now am getting all mails to the created mail id .
i was blissed .
Thanks all .
Check from which space the emails are coming.
Open an email , you can see the below details.
The upper highlighted portion is for the space. Press on the lower arrow.
System will take you on the SCN - this discussion/blog/document.
Then check right side in action.
It will be shows "Receive email notification"
Then go to the space, you can see the space link on upper of the discussion/blog/document
Also check there the "Receive email notification" in action tab.
Regards
