Please allow me a question about sap for me authorization.

My customer is a partner as well as customer of S/4HANA Cloud.
They have partner contract like demo systems which they can see from partner edge now.
By simulating customer S-user, I can see contract information can be seen on sap for me as well now.
[question]
My question is “can they renew or make a contract related change on SAP for me”?
If so, how can prevent S-users from wrong operation on contract by mistake? Is that authorization that can restrict?
