Correct: this message was posted to the thread , which was rejected.  Nothing wrong here.

In addition, it might have been reported by multiple users if not rejected and could be under moderator's review. Probably thats one of the other reason when one can't access the content. If you were the author and haven't received any notification ,then it is still under review.

It'll be displayed if moderator turns off the alert, or you'll get the notification once it is rejected.
