Hello,
I Have installed and configured a Solman 7.1 SP10/Sybase 5.7 as a dev system. the system is used as a demo for slef-monitoring and other system monitoring.
I am facing some issue druing the implementation which i doubt it could be a software bug. In our company we have a license for a solution manager and ERP 6 systems.
I would like to know if opening a message for SAP support is part of the maintenance contract of it depends on the type of the contract?
