Old SAP user FI id from 2001 / How I can acces ? and vinculate to my universal ID.

Dear SAP,

How I can know and acces whith my Finace Consultant id ?,

I have an old consultant id that SAP deliver to me in 2001 when I finish the FI certification exam but I don't know what is the e-mail, telephone that have this id and how I can acces to sap support with this ID.
