Hello Neha,
When you say you're not able to write blogs, do you mean you cannot create one, or you cannot PUBLISH one?
Bloggers
with contributor status can write blogs, but they need to go through
moderation to be published. Bloggers with author status can write blogs
AND publish them without moderator approval.
