Thanks to Yaniv I could login now with my email address. The s-user is still not working, but alas. I'm in!

hi Colleen,
thanks for the supporting spirit. as mentioned above, these systems use a different user base than SCN here. I cannot find your user there, so i am afraid you will need to register a new user on that testing environment (link to registration appears on the login popup).
your new user will have no permissions, so once registered please let us know the user ID or email you've used for registration and we can assign some more permissions for it.
sorry for the hassle,
Yaniv
Hi,
please be aware that these sites sit inside our QA environment, connected to SCI QA. Your regular SCI credentials won't work there. Best is to register a new account and use that one.
We provided access to our QA environment only by exception, because we are still waiting for certain approvals to have everything in production landscape available. We'll make sure we get this up and running in the next coming weeks.
Thanks,
Oliver

please note these are test environments that are configured against a different user base than SCN. most of the users exist there, but not the one user you sent me via DM. this user simply does not exist in this environment. You can try registerring a new user on this environment (a link to registration exists in the login popup).
your user does exist on this environment. I still try to check what's wrong with it.

I seem to be able to login OK via my SSO certificate, so whatever it is isn't affecting everyone.
Steve.
