No Juergen and when i click on view all content it is not going any where or atleast it should thrown an messages saying we don't have contents. it will be better for the user understand it

What do you expect to see behind "all content" which is not yet seen already in this page?

You just created one question, nothing else can be seen, no answer given, no blog created, no comment made to any existing blog.

The link does not react currently, all content is listed in this page, maybe some day it will be limited to 100 entries and then you may have to click this link to see the rest.

After you did the missions

You should immediately see the info that you got a badge in your Notifications, then it takes some seconds to minutes to replicate this event to the profile.
