Non functional buttons

Hi,

At the bottom of Q&A in the Community, I noticed that "Select Country" actually cannot be selected when using IE.

On the other hand, when using Google Chrome, not only is it not possible to select the button, but it also appears differently:

I also noticed that in "Share & Follow" section, Facebook button cannot be selected, thus the content can neither be shared on Facebook, nor the SCN Facebook page can be liked. I check at the bottom of other pages and there it works, so I guess the problem is only at Q&A.
