No suggestions are shown when posting a question in Questions and Answers

Answers does not currently provide suggested questions when you begin creating a question, answers does not provide suggestion of question already created.

thanks a lot for your feedback. indeed it's missing and I created a ticket for that and updated the known bugs list.
