Request clarification before answering.
Checked in IE11, Firefox ESR 45.6.0, Pale Moon 27.0.2 (x86), TOR Browser 6.0.8 - the content from https://www.sap.com/profile/subscriptions.html is displayed completely (also with the http option). It works even if I am not logged in!
Why would anybody need this link to work in anonymous mode and at the same time put a mandatory login to display discussions in Coffee Corner... I have no logical explanation.
@Simone: is it possible that there are some add-ons, which mess up the page? It is not a result of disabled JavaScript - then you would see something funny, but some custom CSS rules, adblock, greasemonkey, stylish could result in deleted elements.

It's working fine with the latest FireFox. Just to confirm.

I also see a small delay, but it would be interesting to see from a browser trace, what URL call is making this delay behavior or failure for Simone.
Hi Simone,
the screenshot you attached also does not show your avatar in the header, so there must be something wrong with the browser session. I suggest to clear your caches and try again.
Best,
Folkert

Same for me.
@Simone: Maybe again a browser-related issue? I'm on IE11.
