When editing account and profile, i see the option to manage newsletters from SAP.

Sadly, if i try to change the settings... no subscription is available

Checked in IE11, Firefox ESR 45.6.0, Pale Moon 27.0.2 (x86), TOR Browser 6.0.8 - the content from https://www.sap.com/profile/subscriptions.html is displayed completely (also with the http option). It works even if I am not logged in!

Why would anybody need this link to work in anonymous mode and at the same time put a mandatory login to display discussions in Coffee Corner... I have no logical explanation.

@Simone: is it possible that there are some add-ons, which mess up the page? It is not a result of disabled JavaScript - then you would see something funny, but some custom CSS rules, adblock, greasemonkey, stylish could result in deleted elements.

Indeed I have AdBlock on Chrome but nothing on IE11 or FireFox.

It's strange i cannot see my own avatar...

Btw, i checked in Console and i found out there is an error loading an Angular module

I also have a nice 404 on subscriptions.html

It's working fine with the latest FireFox. Just to confirm.

Working (but with significant delay):

I also see a small delay, but it would be interesting to see from a browser trace, what URL call is making this delay behavior or failure for Simone.

Works for me too but there was some odd blinking on the page and the content that is missing from the Simone's screenshot appeared with a bit of delay. I use Chrome with adblock.

Hi Simone,

the screenshot you attached also does not show your avatar in the header, so there must be something wrong with the browser session. I suggest to clear your caches and try again.

Best,
Folkert

I did it and got the same result.

I'll clear again before turning pc off this evening

Strange, did you also try another browser?

Same result with both FireFox 50.0.2 (both incognito and normal mode) and IE11 (never used on this pc before)

Ok just out of curiosity, does the header show your avatar when you call people.sap.com and then go either to blogs.sap.com or answers.sap.com?

I see a long list for same subscription page, are you not able to see list or not able to set your preference?

Same for me.

@Simone: Maybe again a browser-related issue? I'm on IE11.

.

Steffi.
