I tried to search for the following question in https://onedx.find.sap.com/:

The question was created yesterday and still does not appear indexed as such. I checked several recently created questions and most of them have the same issue.
Would you please check that?

Try searching without quotation marks and it will appear at the top of the results. (This was covered on an earlier thread I believe)

Why should I search without the quotation marks? I did not include the question mark in the search criteria and I wanted to get an exact result, the fuzzy search is really bad in some cases.
And even if I follow your advice - search without quotation marks, the question is still not shown as a type question (the filter on the right side):
