New Communication notification not working/updating correctly

Hi Team,

i have been experiencing this issue for quite sometime now, finally managed to raise a questions now

i am using google chrome Version 53.0.2785.116 m

somethings whenever i get the notification in communication  as soon as i open the post or i have read the post from them overview the communication notification will be disappeared but sometime it always stays the same (it disappears & reappears for the same message which i have read)

this is the post -

more over if i go into the post for which the notification showed or highlighted still it shows the notification under communication for the same post this is strange (see the below screen shot)

have you also experienced like this?

hi,

thanks to all who reported and were involved. We've checked and indeed it seems like for quite a long time yesterday there was an exceptional load on our events queue.

But from what we see, things should be back to normal now.

Right Juergen, but as I wrote to you yesterday I did not find any actual delay. only on incorrect time stamp

I somehow feel to work in a parallel world, I had not only a "wrong time stamp". I answered, and this answer did not show up in the activity stream and not in the communication stream for 20 minutes in the morning and for more than 2 hours in the afternoon. Even the email notification for moderation alerts came all late yesterday evening. And also the points for correct answers came with this delay.

Maybe there are some people more who can add here their yesterdays experience with SCN.

Maybe it just based on the server where we log in.
