In the advice was a statement that a new version of .net connector will be shipped:

Are the dates correctly?

Are there any new information about the features?

The new .NET connector has been available for a while now

there is a old version of .net connector.

as i remember it can only be used under vs 2007.

the package combined in 2007 can be directly used in 2010.
