Hi SAP CRM Experts,
I have 1 year of experience in market research, and 3 years of experience in Banking sales, as Relationship Manager, i don't have any experience in SAP,
Now i am looking to move into SAP CRM, need your help whether CRM will be the right area for me, taking my experience into consideration.
would like your comment on what other modules are required to get the early job in SAP CRM
also what is the job market like for SAP CRM in India.
and also is it required to get certified before starting searching for the job.

its good that u r interested to join CRM stream
before taking the decision i would like to suggest you to go through CRM Overview once so that u get some idea about the curriculum
being u have experience in Market Research and Banking, CRM would be right choice for further progress
in both the areas CRM has good footage and even scope also
other than CRM if u look SD, it will be of greater added advantage to undersand the concepts

Since you already have experience in
market research, and 3 years of experience in Banking sales, as Relationship Manager you can continue your career in Field Sales or Marketing area for SAP CRM.With this role,you can utilize your existing skill sets as well as you would get an
opportunity to learn CRM as well.
