Dear Experts,

I have 2 questions regarding my profile.My user was created by the company (Relation to SAP is partner)

1- I want to swap my Last name to First how can i do that. Its is disabled at my end.

2- What if i want to switch my account from company email address to my personal ?

Hello,

You have an S User account that was opened for you via your employer. Details such as your name, eMail and so are are pulled automatically from this account.

1. Contact sapnetwork@sap.com to inquire about how to correct your name
2. Your eMail address cannot be changed

At the moment, account mergers are not possible. We're hard at work to enable this but no time frame has been committed to.
