My document disappeared from my space

Two days ago I have published a document on my space 2418 which has disappeared and I am unable to track what has happened. May be it has gone lost due to the new document release process (trash mail countermeasure). Please could you check and recover. Thanks, Randolf

Thanks Jason, there should be one, but I can't remember the title. However, I let it go - takes to much of my time to recover. Still, I am puzzled seeing the comment "Modified by Guest" even when creating a new article.

That's odd: it would be incredibly helpful to see screenshots of this along with asset's URL if this happens again so that we can investigate.

Hi Jason,

if you may have a look at my space 2418 in my last contributions I see the comment "modified by guest" no clue what this means. Could you please check. And, is there a possibilty to remove this conversation from my space? It may puzzle my customer community visiting.

Yes, very frustrating: att least the information on the document itself is correct.
