My Colleague is unable to log in with his Email & Password

My colleague is taken to a "Select User ID" screen after he logs in with his Credentials but is never able to go ahead of it.

Please advise.

Hi,

Ask your mate to delete the cookies(clear browsing data) and close the browser.

Re open the browse and again try to log into scn.

While logging if he getting any error/message please share here.
