My blog does not get posted since 3 weeks

I have written a blog and it is submitted for review since 3 weeks.When will it be posted?

I have made myself familiar with the respective blog posting rules, it is even reviewed by my UA,

We don't have a separate area for Service Management. I can move it to the ERP or Technology category for instance?
